I’ve had the privilege of leading diverse, globally distributed teams and driving measurable business impact through thoughtful, experience-led design. Product Design Manager  @  Paycor  /  2022 to 2025

I led design strategy and execution for core products and made a significant impact on operations by implementing the Paycor Design System. I built and led Paycor’s largest design team and saw my direct reports achieve the highest promotion rate among all design managers. Together, we launched Paycor Assistant, a mobile AI tool, and redesigned the application homepage to greatly improve user experience. 

Senior Product Designer  @  CoStrategix  /  2018 to 2022

At CoStrategix, I collaborated with agile teams and clients to co-create technology-driven business value. I managed the full product lifecycle, from discovery and research to the development and delivery of digital and data solutions. Notable contributions included developing the scouting and drafting application for the Indianapolis Colts and creating an automated self-service media planning platform for Empower Media.

Creative Director  @  The Loring Group/Trustaff (shared role)  /  2016 to 2018

I directed The Loring Group’s rebranding, developing a multi-brand and design system that revitalized the brand identity and significantly improved their online reputation. For Trustaff, I conceived and launched “Staffy,” an animated character that led to a 600% increase in viewership for the Nurses’ Week social media campaign. This role required me to provide unified creative leadership for both companies under shared ownership.

Omni Channel Lead  @  Macys.com  /  2014 to 2016

Oversaw the online sales experience, integrating mobile and desktop platforms for a seamless omnichannel customer journey. I led and mentored a diverse team of online sales representatives specializing in high-end products and consistently surpassed department sales targets by 17% through strategic leadership and data analysis. 

New Business Coordinator  @  Empower /  2010 to 2012

As the New Business Coordinator, I drove agency growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients and developing materials for RFPs and sales pitches. I conducted market research and created client personas to inform targeted marketing strategies. 

Design and Marketing Manager  @  Pine Tree Barn /  2005 to 2010

I managed all design and marketing initiatives, including website development, print materials, and broadcast media. I conceptualized and launched a comprehensive website redesign with an online selling platform, resulting in an 800% increase in unique website visitors and industry recognition. I also created and managed successful events like “Girls Night Out” and the annual “Williamsburg Festival,” significantly increasing profits and attendance.
